Working with the questions residing in the heart. Unpacking our personal challenges. We will learn how to settle. Settling, not as in compromising, but rather the softening of the thoughts and worries clouding our mind and inhabiting our body. We will design practices, exercises, and self-observations to generate a greater capacity to beautifully navigate all that life puts before us. We will practice inhabiting the full interiority of our life including the enjoyable and confident, as well as the uncertain and wounded.

2. Retreat: The Richness of Relationship

In this sacred space, we will draw forth the wisdom of the group through discourse, silence, and activities. We will allow time for meaingful connection, sharing, and listening. There will time for you to deepen your relationship with true self and experience serenity within. Details forthcoming.

3. Yoga: Private, Small Group, or Large Group

Private yoga lessons, or small group lessons, provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.
