1. Living Into Wholeheartedness

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost.”

-Martha Graham

Working with the questions residing in the heart. Unpacking our personal challenges. We will learn how to settle. Settling, not as in compromising, but rather the softening of the thoughts and worries clouding our mind and inhabiting our body. We will design practices, exercises, and self-observations to generate a greater capacity to beautifully navigate all that life puts before us. We will practice inhabiting the full interiority of our life including the enjoyable and confident, as well as the uncertain and wounded.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

Mary Oliver

2. Retreat: The Richness of Relationship

"The problem with the world is that we draw our family circle too small."

Mother Teresa

In this sacred space, we will draw forth the wisdom of the group through discourse, silence, and activities. We will allow time for meaingful connection, sharing, and listening. There will time for you to deepen your relationship with true self and experience serenity within. Details forthcoming.

“Impart as much as you can of your spiritual being to those who are on the road with you, and accept as something precious what comes back to you from them.”

Albert Schweitzer

3. Yoga: Private, Small Group, or Large Group

“Through practice, I’ve come to see that the deepest source of my misery is not wanting things to be the way they are. Not wanting myself to be the way I am. Not wanting the world to be the way it is. Not wanting others to be the way they are. Whenever I’m suffering, I find this war with reality to be at the heart of the problem.”

Stephen Cope

Private yoga lessons, or small group lessons, provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.

Through an approach that is gradual and gentle, experience how the subtle power of yoga works with all aspects of your being —physical, emotional, relational, spiritual. Cultivate a natural strength, suppleness, vigor, and health through yoga developed specifically for you.
