1. Comprehensive Integrated Coaching Program:

A comprehensive integrated coaching program is designed based on your current situation – what you want to achieve – deepened as a workable topic with specific measurable objectives. The program is continuously re-calibrated to assure you meet the desired outcomes. Areas of concentration could include, but are not limited to:

Cultivating Confidence:

We will work to unveil the innate confidence residing in all of us. Developing an unconditional belief in ourselves allows us to embrace and enjoy the challenges we face as a skillful means of attaining our peak performance. Creating space around the events in our life, we can then make a mindful choice on how we will interpret the process, as well as, the outcome.

This is not about the false confidence of “swagger” or arrogance. This process is about developing a way of being, a PRESENCE that can be felt by others. This PRESENCE allows us to approach performance with an inner assurance; an inner assurance not of guaranteed success, but rather of putting forth the absolutely best we have to offer on any given day. The result, good or bad, is received as feedback in our ongoing process of continuous development.

Navigating Overwhelm:

Do you remember in Alice in Wonderland, when Alice asked the Cheshire Cat, “Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?” “That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the cat “I don’t much care where,” said Alice. “Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the cat. Perhaps this offers the first clue into how we can skillfully work with our hyper scheduled lives? Can we, first and foremost, unveil where it is we want to go? With this destination identified, can we discern what parts of our life are not serving this desired outcome? Can we learn to LET GO of those time-absorbing pieces of our schedules that redirect us away from what it is we truly desire? Our coaching will help you develop an enhanced capacity to live with uncertainty. This enhanced capacity will enable you to gracefully navigate the many commitments competing for your time and attention.

Befriending Myself:

“I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.”

~Oriah Mountain Dreamer

One of the greatest challenges many of us will encounter is the relationship we have with our self. How do we cultivate an appreciation of the being we call “me.” Compassion, loving-kindness, forgiveness, caring, generosity; why is it we find it much easier to extend these gifts to others than to ourselves? It takes a tremendous amount of courage, patience, and understanding to engage in the process of healing a damaged relationship with the self. Our coaching offers a space that functions as a “greenhouse” facilitating the unfolding of a deep Befriend of the Self.

1. Yoga for Students: Private, Small Group, or Large Group

De-Stressed Students: A study published in the "International Journal of Yoga" in 2009 examined the effect of yoga on academic performance on highly stressed adolescent students. The researchers -- from MGN College of Education in Jalandhar, India -- found that seven weeks of regularly doing poses, practicing yoga breathing and participating in mediation practice reduced students' stresslevels, which translated into better academic performance.

2. Enhanced Body Image

3. Reduced Conflict

4. Improved Concentration

Yoga offers time for the body and mind to relax from the rigors of learning. This may help students be better at applying themselves when studying or learning in a classroom. Medical students who practiced yoga for just one month reported better sleep and improved concentration during their studies as a result in a study published in a 2013 issue of the "Indian Journal of Community Medicine." Yoga, especially breathing techniques, can also increase concentration and academic performance in students struggling academically, concluded a 2012 study published by the International Society for Scientific Interdisciplinary Yoga Research.

Private yoga lessons, or small group lessons, provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.

Through an approach that is gradual and gentle, experience how the subtle power of yoga works with all aspects of your being —physical, emotional, relational, spiritual. Cultivate a natural strength, suppleness, vigor, and health through yoga developed specifically for you.
